What do you want to drive?

Deliveries and e-hailing are separate applications with different documents required by law. Pick one to begin, you can apply for the other later.

Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. All authorisations are governed by the relevant authorities; Kazi reviews each application against the applicable rules.

Step 2 · Before you upload

How vetting works

You're applying as a delivery driver. Please read this before continuing.

1 · You submit your documents

Upload your identity, licence, vehicle and address documents. Applying is free, there's no vetting fee to pay.

2 · We review everything

A Kazi officer checks every document against the rules. This usually takes 7 to 14 working days. We'll notify you of the outcome.

3 · Approved & activated

Approved drivers get the Kazi Driver app and go live. We'll email you the moment your account is ready to start earning.

Applying is completely free, there's no vetting fee. Submitting your documents does not guarantee approval; our team reviews every application against the rules. Questions? Contact drivers@kazicouriers.co.za.

Driver Agreement Privacy / POPIA Refunds & disputes Acceptable use

I agree to the Driver Agreement and to my documents being processed under POPIA for verification, safety and compliance. Everything I submit is true, valid and lawfully mine, and I'll keep my documents current.

Not a South African citizen? Upload a valid passport plus valid work authorisation (work permit, permanent residence, or an asylum-seeker/refugee permit endorsed with the right to work) in place of the SA ID.
